Just as the soldiers were about to take Paul into the barracks, Paul asked the commander whether he could speak to him. A man who had just been beaten by the mob and had heard the shouts to do away with him opened his mouth again. The scene in which Paul asked for another opportunity to speak to the people who had been shouting against him makes us examine what someone who knows the Savior seeks to preach in the midst of difficulties. In the testimony that follows, Paul makes known Jesus, who met him, and how he himself became a witness. Therefore, this request to speak leads to answering the misunderstanding and testifying to the people of the Savior he believed in.
